The kitchen counter tops have been set in place. The are beautiful pieces of black granite. The master bath received its vanity top too. Looking great. The tub found a home in the guest bath, along with the toilet flange.

Wow, I see that the sidewalk has been framed out as I walk up to the house today. We’ll actually be able to walk from the front porch to the driveway now.
Wait! What’s this? The front door is open. It’s inviting me in. ACK! The kitchen cabinets are sitting in place. YES!

July is showing lots more progress. We are seeing the dryway being taped everywhere. The doors at on site and standing in the rooms ready to be hung. We love the style of the doors with the large panel at the top.
The rains did do it’s thing on the fill around the foundation. I really hope this gets resolved before we close on the house.
The guest bath vanity is installed. This is really happening.

We have a font porch. Our own little piece of happiness in Sadsbury Township.
I took the time to grab a shot of Carol on the porch and some closeups of the porch framing. I just know I’m going to have to do something that requires me to run new wires or hang something heavy. Knowing where all the framing is really helps with that.

Rain, rain, go away. Come back when the grading is all completed. The rains DID come and created lots of wash-outs, large and small, all around the property. UGH. Not a pretty picture.
